We only had two senior fixtures last weekend with our 20’s lining out v Cork Constitution in the Donal Walsh and our Ladies taking on Blackrock in the All Ireland Cup. Our 20’s sailed through their game coming away 65-14 victors in a game that saw a brace of tries. Tries came from Glen Clancy, John Bateman, Craig Casey x 3, Jack O’Mahoney, Sean Elland, Luke Masters and Conor Deloughery with Alan Kiely adding the conversions. It was a great performance and the lads will be looking ahead to this weekends game v Young Munster on Sunday.
Our Ladies welcomed Blackrock to Coonagh in the first round of the cup. Blackrock were victorious on the day with a comprehensive scoreline but credit has to go to our Ladies who have a long injury list coming off the back of their recent league campaign. The Ladies have the next few weeks off and will be looking forward to getting back into action.
This weekend sees three tasty fixtures scheduled. Our Firsts will be resuming league action as they travel to Dublin to take on UCD in a repeat of the final match of 2018. It is sure to be a great one and all support is most welcome. Another promising fixture this weekend sees our thirds line out against the newly formed side Ard Scoil Old Boys in Coonagh on Saturday. If you are staying in Limerick this Saturday then make your way out to Coonagh to take in what is sure to be a great game. Our 20s round off the weekend with an away trip to Tom Clifford Park on Sunday.
Underage Roundup
It was another busy weekend for our underage as they lined out across several age groups.
